Jay Goldberg
Senior Managing Director, Hudson
Ventures
Jay Goldberg has been the Senior Managing Director of Hudson
Ventures since 1996. He is the Founder of OPCENTER, LLC, a privately held
company that provides help desk and computer operations services, and the
Founder and Chairman of Lexstra PLC, a London based consulting company. From
1990 through 1994, Jay served as Chairman and CEO of Image Business Systems
Corp. a company that provided document management and workflow software. In
1989, he founded Zeitech, Inc., a professional services company that was sold in
January 1996 to Career Horizons, Inc. In 1986, Jay purchased Money Management
Systems, Inc. (MMS), a provider of software and services to banks and
broker-dealers, which was sold in 1989 to Sungard Inc. From 1968 to 1985, Jay
was Chairman and CEO of Software Design Associates, a systems development firm
that grew to 600 people, which was sold to AGS Computers Inc.
Abbott Abby Stillman
Managing Partner, The Stillman
Group
The Stillman Group engages in real estate development, investment
and asset management, as well as venture investing. Among the real estate
projects that have been created by the company are Three Lincoln Center (a
1,000,000 square foot mixed-use development in New York City), 1110 Vermont
Avenue (a 360,000 square foot office building in Washington, D.C.), and 401
North Broad Street (a 1,200,000 square foot office and technology center in
Philadelphia). The Stillman Group has invested in more than a dozen companies
since 1992, usually at an early stage in the company's life. Abby Stillman has
served as a Director of, among others, Toolz, Ltd., D2M Inc., eCreative (now a
part of Fast Channel Networks), and SCB International, Inc. Abby graduated with
a Masters Degree in Architecture and Planning from Massachusetts Institute of
Technology, and Bachelors Degree from Union College (Schenectady, NY).
Lee An
iHello Co-Founder
Lee An brings to iHello extensive
experience designing and building highly scalable Internet commerce and
communications technologies. Lee is an expert in building and deploying
enterprise class voice applications. Prior to founding iHello, Lee was a
co-founder, the Vice President of Technology, and Chief Architect at Release
Software Corporation, a pioneer in e-commerce and Electronic Software
Distribution. Before forming Release Software, Lee was a software engineer at
Intel Corporation, where he developed one of the companys first Intranets. He
earned a Masters Degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a
BS degree in electrical engineering from Princeton University. Lee also holds
numerous patents in the areas of telecommunications and e-commerce.

Charlie Lynch is Chairman of Market Value Partners Company. In
addition he is Chairman of Fresh Choice, Inc. and Age Wave LLC as well as a
board member or advisor to a number of start-up companies. Other Boards that he
is affiliated with are SRI International, Madge Networks, Shari's Management
Corporation, and Spectrum Organic Products. He also is an advisor to Bain &
Company and Gordon Brothers. Charlie has also been Chairman of Saga Corporation,
Greyhound Lines, DHL Airways, La Salsa Holding Co., Bojangles, Dakin, and
Authentic Specialty Foods, as well as being a Board Member of 21 major
corporations such as Pacific Mutual Holding Company, Nordstrom, Southern Pacific
Transportation, W.R. Grace & Co., Syntex Corporation, Crocker National
Corporation and Bank and Kaiser Aluminum.
Charlie is currently a community leader and involved with the UC Berkeley
Haas Business School, United Way of the Bay Area and is the Chairman of the Palo
Alto Medical Foundation. He is a member of the Conference Board and a former
Chairman of the California Business Roundtable, United Way of the Bay Area, and
a former member of the National YMCA and Advisory Council, Stanford Graduate
School of Business.
Barry Trailer

Barry Trailer
is a nationally recognized expert in Sales Force Automation and CRM and is a
frequent speaker at national conferences. Most recently, Barry was president of
the GoldMine Division of FrontRange Solutions. Prior to that, he held other
senior positions at FrontRange Solutions including Vice President of Strategic
Initiatives and Vice President of North American Sales for GoldMine Software
Corporation (prior to corporate name change to FrontRange Solutions). Barry has
presented to more than 10,000 sales reps and executives at over a hundred
companies, including HP, Sun Microsystems, Conner Peripherals, and Hitachi Data
Systems.
Laurent Pacalin
Vice President & General Manager, Siebel
Systems
Laurent Pacalin has many years of executive experience in
marketing, business development, product management at major software companies
including Oracle, Blue Martini Software, and Corio. Laurent spent five years in
executive roles at Oracle Corporation, including vice president, Americas
Marketing where he led a team that re-tooled Oracle for e-business, and vice
president, Business Development for Enterprise Applications where he executed
Oracle's vertical markets strategy for the U.S. mid-market. Prior to that he
held executive positions at Novell, Inc. and Texas Instruments Semiconductor
Group in Paris. Laurent has a MS in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss
Federal Institute of Technology at Lausanne.
E. David Barton
Founder and CEO, AcuVoice Inc.
Under
David Bartons leadership, AcuVoice Text-to-Speech (TTS) system became
recognized industry-wide as the most advanced TTS system available in the
market. AcuVoice Inc. was acquired by Fonix Corporation in 1998, and the
AcuVoice TTS system became fully integrated into Fonixs product line. David has
made numerous inventions, including underlying algorithm behind the AcuVoice TTS
system. David has many years of experience as a senior manager, as a linguistics
instructor, and as an international business executive. David studied Phonology
and Semantics for an M.S. in Linguistics from the University of New York,
Buffalo, and has an M.S. and B.S. from Catholic University of America,
Washington, DC.
Bill Lane
Director, Call Center Product Services,
WorldCom
Bill Lane is responsible for one of the top two worldwide
centers for outsourced intelligent call routing and interactive voice response
(IVR) services with approximately 10 billion annual call minutes and capacity
for over 200,000 simultaneous phone calls. Bill has over 12 years of senior
management experience in the telecom industry. Prior to WorldCom, Bill was the
VP of Customer Implementation at Telecom USA. Bill has a BS Summa Cum Laude in
Operations Management from NY Institute of Technology.
